Apple Employee Benefits has evolved from Apple Childcare Vouchers, once purely a childcare benefit offering, to now a full platform of comprehensive initiatives that achieve added value for employees and promote wellbeing in the workplace.

Meet the Management Team

Marcus Barrow – Director

Marcus has been working in the employee benefits sector for 17 years. Marcus established Apple Childcare Vouchers in 2008 and has been working in the business for 11 years. Marcus’s role in Apple Employee Benefits is business development and product development. Marcus is often out meeting new and existing clients, ensuring the schemes are all operating smoothly and overseeing the business as a whole. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf whenever possible and socialising with friends.


Kate Kelly – Finance and Office Manager

Kate is the rock in the office that holds everything together. Kate ensures that our customer service is of the highest level whilst also managing the day to day finances of the business. Kate has been part of the team since Apple Childcare Vouchers started trading in 2008. In Kate’s spare time she enjoys going to the gym, taking part in fitness classes and spending time with her family.


Gina Barrow – Director of Apple Health and Wellness

Gina has been instrumental in the development of Apple Health and Wellbeing. Health has been her passion since her early twenties when her own health challenges lead her to develop a knowledge of nutrition. Further to this, in 2012 she completed a meditation course and meditation has been a big part of her life ever since. Gina is a huge advocate of mindfulness and has personal experience of the impact this has on all areas of a person’s life. She is very excited to be able to bring her insights to the corporate setting and to meet and engage with clients and their employees. She is soon to become a registered nutritional therapist having studied for three years with The College of Naturopathic Medicine. Gina’s role in the business is to deliver nutritional advice programmes for clients and to coordinate the tailored mindfulness workshops we offer. Gina loves spending time with her husband and two children, meditation, walking her dog and yoga.
